The process

The beginning of a creative project can feel daunting, which is why the first thing we do is say hi! We discuss your vision and objectives, either in a coffee shop close to you, by phone, Zoom or email.


After our first chat, I’ll send you a custom proposal based on your needs. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll send you a booking deposit (50%) and contract before securing a project timeline. My aim is to support you along the way so you feel confident in your new brand and business direction.


Once your deposit is paid, I hand the mic over to you. A detailed brand questionnaire will be sent to you to gain an understanding of your brand and your ‘why’. This creates the foundation for our brand strategy.


I then dive headfirst into the design phase and create three concepts for your brand direction. Each option is supported with a mood board, logo design, colour palette and font selection.


After receiving your feedback, we move forward with the development of your chosen design concept. Clients have the option to make two rounds of refinements (although this isn’t always required).


I’ll then put the finishing touches on the designs and send you the final invoice (remaining 50%). After the invoice is paid, the final files are prepared and sent to you. I love to continue to cheer for my clients, and will stay in touch throughout your business journey.

How much will it cost?

How long will my project take?

Each service has a different turn around. For branding projects I recommend allocating a total of 6 – 8 weeks, from start to finish.

How can we get started?

Get in touch by the contact form. I’ll then reply and set-up a time to discuss your project. I only work with a handful of clients at a time so that I can dedicate undivided attention to each project.

What type of clients do you work with?

I’m not drawn to a particular niche. I see design as problem solving and an opportunity that is not defined by industry. I work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, so whether you’re a local café or a farmer from further afield, I’ve got what it takes to elevate your business.

What are your payment terms?

To start any new project I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is paid on completion of your project (before we send final files to you). I am also happy to negotiate reasonable payment terms. Invoices are set at 10 day terms.

I have existing branding, can you help?

If your brand is calling for some love, I can help! Sometimes it’s as simple as a few touches to modernise your logo or it could be a complete rescue mission to refresh your entire brand.  Book in a discovery call and then I’ll create a custom proposal for your project.

I’m not based in Sydney. Can we still work together?

I can connect with my clients wherever they are! We do not need to be onsite or even in the same city. I communicate by email, Zoom and use file sharing platforms to connect and collaborate with you
